The problem

Legally fine ≠
commercially sound.

Your lawyer signed off. Your margin didn't.

Every clause passed legal review. Nobody checked what it costs. Unlimited revisions, net-90 payment, IP that walks out with the client, termination for convenience with no wind-down fee. None of it is illegal. All of it is expensive.

Six clauses.
One commercial
verdict.

Every finding is a clause, a category, and a dollar figure. Here is where the six categories sit in a typical services agreement — and exactly how much each one costs you per year.

Features

End-to-end contract
intelligence.

From the moment you receive a contract to the day it expires — Clavico is the only platform that tells you not just what's risky, but what it's worth fighting for.

Clavico Balance

You don't negotiate contracts.
You negotiate clauses.

Every contract gets a signability score from 0–100. We find the three clauses that matter, quantify what they'll cost you, and give you the exact language to fix them. Most tools tell you what to negotiate. Clavico tells you what it costs you not to.

Medium
Clause 5.1 — 90-day payment with no late-payment interest. Cost of capital falls on you.
Push-back language
"Payment due within 30 days. Overdue amounts accrue interest at 8% above base rate per the Late Payment Act."

Scan
You receive a contract. It looks standard. But buried in clause 8 is an uncapped liability. In clause 12, an auto-renewal you'll miss in 11 months. In clause 4, a change control gap that'll cost you thousands in unrecoverable scope creep.

Scan finds every one. It tells you what each could cost you in your currency, gives you the exact fix wording to push back with, and tells you whether to sign, negotiate, or walk away. In 90 seconds, not 3 days and $490.

Who it's for

Built for the person
who signs
the contract.

Not the lawyer. Not the finance team. The person who runs the business, closes the deal, and lives with the outcome.

Agency MD · 5–30 staff
The Agency Director
"Every client contract you sign without reviewing it is a liability you haven't priced."
You sign 2–3 client contracts every month. No in-house legal. No time to read 40 pages of MSA. Clavico reads it for you — flags the revision trap, the 90-day payment term, the IP clause that gives away your frameworks. Change control is missing from 60% of agency contracts. That's $8,000 a year in unrecoverable scope creep.
Founder · Director · SaaS
The Founder or Director
"The auto-renewal you didn't notice. The liability cap that's zero. The non-compete that follows you."
You've signed contracts that looked fine. Months later, something surfaces — a term you didn't notice, a clause your lawyer called 'standard', an obligation that now costs real money to unwind. $39 to know before you sign. Not $4,000 in legal fees to untangle after.
Consultancy · Construction · Professional services
Professional Services
"The terms your clients send look professional. That's the point — they're written to protect them, not you."
Every project starts with a contract. Most are weighted heavily toward the client. Unlimited revisions, net-90 payment, termination for convenience, IP that transfers on delivery. One renegotiated clause pays for years of scanning. Usually within the first contract.

The moat

Built on 25 years of
commercial contracts
expertise.

This is not a generic AI wrapper. It is a specialist system that knows how contracts are used to exploit businesses — and has 25 years of commercial history to prove it.

Domain knowledge, not pattern matching

Every finding is grounded in how commercial contracts are actually used and abused — change control gaps, liability asymmetry, auto-renewal traps, scope definitions written to grow without a change order. That knowledge is encoded into every scan.

Jurisdiction intelligence — 150+ markets

A clause that's enforceable in England & Wales carries entirely different risk in California, Singapore, or the UAE. Clavico detects jurisdiction automatically and calibrates every finding — including redlines — accordingly.

Revenue leakage in real money

The only commercial contract tool that puts a price on every clause — before you sign. Net-90 on a $120k contract costs you $4,200 a year in working capital. Unlimited revisions at your blended rate is $3,100. Clavico does this maths — so you know exactly what you're negotiating for.

By the numbers
25
Years of commercial contracts experience encoded into the system — not scraped from the internet, not generalised from legal databases.
150+
Jurisdictions where Clavico calibrates its analysis — auto-detected from the contract, no input required.
$39
Entry price for a complete commercial analysis. The same insight that costs $400–$4,000 from a commercial solicitor — delivered in 90 seconds.
Clavico provides commercial intelligence, not legal advice. Findings identify commercial exposure in contract terms. They are not a substitute for review by qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
