Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Your launch rate transfers to the new tier, plus you receive 2 free months as a grandfathering bonus.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your launch rate is retained — you keep the lower price at the lower tier. The launch rate is only forfeited on full cancellation.
The Approval Queue (/actions/) is a Business-tier feature. It is a single page where every agent output lands before anything executes. Agents watch, chain, and prepare — but no action is taken without your explicit approval.
On Professional and Growth, agents operate in observation and alert mode. The Approval Queue upgrades them to execution mode, with human oversight at every step. It is the multiplier that makes 28 agents practical rather than chaotic.
Professional includes Vera with two skills — Contract Review and Renewal Tracker — running on the Haiku model. Fast, accurate for standard reviews.
Growth expands Vera to five skills on the Sonnet model, adding more nuanced analysis across complex clause structures.
Business gives Vera the full skill library plus Playbook — your own clause preferences and negotiation positions baked into every review — also on Sonnet. The quality difference is material for multi-party or high-value contracts.
Contracts are processed server-side and encrypted at rest. Your data is never used to train any model — by Clavico or any underlying AI provider. Documents are processed under a strict data processing agreement and are not retained beyond the processing window unless you have saved them to your portfolio.
